Returns & Refund

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process all returns and refunds within 5 business days.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags still attached (tags must not be removed), and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@lunoii.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product has a quality issue. Since we are an international seller, our warehouses are located in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it(reship for free or issue a full refund after verification).

If you simply change your mind about the product or selected the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. To avoid this, please double-check product details, especially the size chart, before making your purchase. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Returns are sent by mail. We do not provide prepaid return labels; customers are responsible for the return postage unless the product is defective or incorrect. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, freebies or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the current one. After your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete and post the refund.

Make sure to update your tracking number and logistics carrier in the Returns Center or email us with the details once you’ve shipped your return.

For the health and safety of our team, we have a small, limited on-site staff. While we aim to process all returns and refunds within 5 business days, delays may occur due to staffing limitations.

Additional Notes

Please note that shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes are non-refundable unless your item arrives damaged, faulty, or lost.

Do not return your item to the address on the package. This is not the correct return address, and sending it there will delay the processing of your return.

Currently, Lunoii has not authorized any third parties for business transactions.
